Welcome to my home.  I invite women of all ages, races and sizes to come in and chat.  The PMS Girl is here for you.  My mission is to pamper you with my parties and then to leave you quite capable of pampering yourself from time to time.

We women tend to be self-proclaimed martyrs.  Why?  Well my reason was to feel wanted and needed indefinitely.  Ridiculous!  We need to snap out of the notion that little Jimmy and Sara will need us to wipe their butts and noses forever.  Neither will your loving husband ever recognize that you replaced his favorite underwear with ones you can’t read the newspaper through.  The fact that not everything goes to the dogs when you are away speaks volumes for how well you bolted them all down before you left!  Now breathe, and leave!

You and some of your fabulous girlfriends are invited to a PMS Party.  That’s right I said PMS Party. Pampering Mothers and Sisters.  This acronym will undoubtedly keep the questions at bay when you return home.  What man would want to hear about a PMS Party?

I came up with the PMS Party idea for my daughter initially.  I wanted to get a jump on the drama I could see coming if I just let nature take its course when she started her period.  I had to get creative.  I threw her and some of her friends a PMS Jr. Party.  In this instance, PMS stands for Pre Menstrual Survival.  Her party went great.  I figured women would benefit from these parties also.

For my ladies, the parties are pure pampering and pleasure and, you can request a menopause presentation.  Whether you are educated about the subject or not, face it, you have already or you will experience a hot flash before you die.  Why not have the knowledge to deal with them instead of suffering silently?  You can manage your symptoms.  It is best to know your options before you get desperate.  Freezers are for food, not for our heads at 2:00 in the morning.  Educate yourselves now, to avoid the drama later!
